These general terms describe the use of the current version of Caddiora. Please read them alongside the Privacy Policy.

Caddiora helps you keep scores, review rounds, estimate distances and record shots for personal golf use. You are responsible for the information you enter and for checking scores before sharing or using them in a competition. Caddiora does not certify an official handicap or competition result.
Play safely and follow the course rules
Stay aware of other players, course conditions and your surroundings when using your phone or watch. Follow the course’s instructions and access rules. Before using distance measurements in competition, check whether the event permits them. The app is not a safety or emergency navigation device.
Distances and course information
Course details and coordinates may be incomplete, outdated or inaccurate. GPS readings, satellite images and personally recorded positions can also vary. Treat distances and suggested targets as guidance and confirm them on the course. A green’s center is not necessarily the position of its flag. Corrections to personal mapping do not change the provider’s catalog.
Your saved rounds
Sign in with Apple is required. Golf data is stored separately for each account on the device. You remain responsible for checking the information you enter and the version you choose to keep. Local rounds and their online backups are deleted separately. Account deletion blocks access to private backups and starts their removal without deleting shared courses and maps used by other users.
Online backup and restoration
Backup is optional and covers completed rounds. It includes recorded player information, scores, shots and GPS positions. Before backing up other players’ information, tell them about this use and make sure you may share it. Check for backup confirmation before relying on recovery on another device. Conflicting versions require you to choose a version and are not merged automatically. New automatic or manual cloud backups require a Premium subscription. Restoring or deleting existing online backups remains free. Your gifted first Premium round is always saved only on your device and is never uploaded to the cloud, even if you later subscribe. Its statistics remain available free of charge while its local data exists. Deleting this round locally, the app or your account removes its local data and statistics, without making you eligible for another gifted round.
Availability and downloads
Some features require compatible devices, permissions and Internet. Backups and restores may be delayed by connectivity or service availability; an unconfirmed request does not guarantee recovery after losing a device. Course downloads depend on available data and usage limits. Each account may request up to 3 new courses in a rolling 24-hour period. Shared-library courses are exempt only from the daily technical quota; free downloads are still limited to 3 distinct courses for the lifetime of the account. A request sent to retrieve new course data uses a slot even if the service fails. Your carrier may charge for mobile data. Scoring and rounds already on the iPhone remain available offline.
Respect the app and its content
Use Caddiora lawfully and respect other people’s privacy when entering their names or scores. Do not bypass access controls or download limits, disrupt the services, or extract and redistribute the course catalog. The app, course data and maps remain subject to the rights of their respective owners and any rights granted by applicable law.
Your legal rights
Caddiora is a practical aid and cannot guarantee that every score, measurement or service will be error-free. Nothing in these terms excludes a guarantee, remedy or responsibility that cannot legally be excluded, or limits your mandatory consumer rights. Apple’s applicable distribution terms also continue to apply.
Changes to the app
Features and these terms may evolve with future versions. The information available in Settings describes the current app. Consult it after updates to understand changes to the features you use.
